Material Schedule 

Background:

The component supplier (supplying ALL vehicle-body components) was overwhelmed due to the fact that Lordstown Motors gave them a single date to deliver ALL components that they could not meet. I realized we did not need ALL components on-site at the same time due to the fact that these components would have to wait for their assembly lines to finish installation/safety validation. I took the initiative to create this Zone-by-Zone break down of what components were needed and when. With this document, the sheet metal supplier had a clear component priority list and an achievable schedule to finish the manufacturing of these components.
