PROJECT SUMMARY
This was a combined $45 million dollar contract to commission an automotive manufacturing floor (body shop) for an EV start-up Lordstown Motor Company. Genesys System Integrators was the primary contractor on this job & I initially worked for them as a process engineering intern, where I applied my mechanical knowledge to propose the utilization of inactive equipment. The team bought me back as a Technical Project Management Intern after seeing my drive to deliver results where I created and maintained the master project schedule & aided in customer relations. The video below showcases the main framing line where I led a team of 4 to build 75 BETA vehicles (which were used in barrier/crash testing) & I also aided with the on-site installation of the equipment (leading a team of 5+ millwrights).
